Paul Ramseur
Founder
Paul Ramseur brings nearly three decades of Fortune 500 experience in Finance, Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk Management, and Law — and has chosen to utilize this experience to work for small business owners who deserve that same level of expertise on their team.
A strategically focused Banking and Financial Services leader, Paul has managed capital with corporate investment authority up to $100MM, led risk teams of 40+ professionals globally, and navigated complex transactions across multiple industries and market cycles. His legal training, applied across decades of in-house corporate experience, means he reads contracts, compliance requirements, and risk exposures the way most advisors simply can't, bringing a perspective that is equal parts financial, operational, and legal. He knows what it takes to build businesses, raise and manage capital, and lead high-performing teams.
Now, through RAMWAL, he leads with that same passion and experience to help small business owners establish financial clarity, access capital, and build the operational infrastructure to grow with confidence.
Paul is a graduate of Howard University (BA), Syracuse University College of Law (JD), and the Rutgers University Executive MBA program. He believes the right partnership doesn't just support a business, it transforms one.
