Paul is a transactional thought leader and collaborative business partner that is passionate about expanding capital readiness and financial strategy across the small and middle-market business ecosystem.

Nina has spent her career working inside complex businesses, in project management, operations, legal, and human resource management roles, learning how businesses work organizationally, operationally, and financially. This range allows her to see business challenges from multiple angles and deliver management-led solutions that are process driven and strategically executable.
Nina leads with logic, bringing a clarity that makes her a value-add partner for organizations that demand thoughtful strategy and effective processes. Her project management expertise and process design skills drive efficiency and provide capacity for growth.
