After 25+ years of credit risk, portfolio management, and receivables management experience, I’ve learned this: cash‑flow issues usually start early due to communication gaps.

- Often times invoices go out late or inconsistently due to process gaps or limited capacity.
- Payments lag because expectations weren’t reinforced.
- Capacity constraints on many Founders prevent the desired relationship management end‑to‑end.

When communication is proactive and project/client management is tight, collections become routine, not uncomfortable.

That insight is a big part of why I took the leap to start RAMWAL. We want to support Founders and small businesses by bringing structure to billing, communication (style and frequency), and consistent cash flow on their terms.
